There’s absolutely no way that you can look at the photos from Jasmine and Cody’s edgy vintage wedding at Guglielmo Vineyard in and not have the biggest smile on your face! These two are just filled with joy and so much love for one another. Their spring 2016 nuptials were truly ones for the book. I am STILL dreaming about their incredible lemon poppy seed naked cake with buttercream frosting and fresh fruit two years later!
The First Look
This surprise first look was such a sweet moment. Both the Bride and the Groom were clearly emotional and overfilled with nothing but pure love for one another.
Wedding Day Fashion
Jasmine knew that she wanted a mermaid-shape gown, and nothing fluffy or dramatic, preferring a vintage-style look with lace. I love this understated white gown she selected from Dillard’s, accessorizing it with a blue ribbon.
The couple wanted everyone to feel like themselves, selecting simple outfits and a mix of soft nudes, pinks, and burgundy for the bridal party. It’s hard to tell, but the men’s boutonniere’s are all made from wine corks!
The Ceremony
The two hosted both the wedding and the reception at Guglielmo Vineyard, a vineyard and winery in Morgan Hill, California that’s owned by Cody’s Stepfather. It was a perfect fit from the beginning, meeting the couple’s desire for a rustic and vintage feel for their wedding.
The Reception
Okay, sooo… this cake? It was what dreams were made of! Simple and topped off with fresh fruit and flowers, this lemon and poppy seed confection with buttercream frosting was the biggest hit of the night!
